Order and delivery
You can enter the code in 2 places: in the shopping cart and at the top of the checkout page.
Delivery in Belgium & the Netherlands takes approximately 1 to 3 working days.
Other countries 2 to 5 working days. Or otherwise stated as a backorder. (The date will be mentioned next to the order button)
For Belgium & the Netherlands:

Below €60=

For other EU countries:

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Returns
You can return the product for up to 30 days, not just 14 days.
Products returned outside of this period cannot be refunded or sent back.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email confirmation.
Within 10 working days, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for your order.
Exchanges (When possible)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at info@nanoglans.com for this.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please only return products with traceable shipping as proof.
