When dealing with heavier, weathered surfaces that have not been treated for a long time, you will find that you need to apply the product several times. This is because weathered and older plastic absorbs more product, which becomes apparent during treatment. If you notice after the first treatment that the surface is already starting to dry up and the color is still not to your liking, give it 10 minutes to soak in before applying a second coat.
For heavily weathered bumpers, it is recommended to apply the product extra thickly so that the plastic can absorb everything well. If after 10 minutes you see that the surface is still wet, wipe off the excess residue and then enjoy the deep color and protection for a long time.
